We are not associated with your insurance company in any way; however, we would like to help you maximize your insurance benefits. Each year you are allowed a maximum dollar amount for dental benefits by your insurance carrier. These benefits do not carry over from year to year, so if you do not use all the benefits allowed to you in a given year, you lose the unused portion.
We are sending this letter as a courtesy to our patients who have insurance. We encourage you to schedule any incomplete dental treatment or your periodic cleaning appointment before the end of the year to utilize your insurance benefits.
