As you are aware, it is important to us to provide our patients with high quality dental care at affordable fees, and we are proud of our dedication to our patients.\u00a0 We take pride in making you look and feel your best through excellent dental care.<\/b><\/p>\n

We are not associated with your insurance company in any way; however, we would like to help you maximize your insurance benefits.\u00a0 Each year you are allowed a maximum dollar amount for dental benefits by your insurance carrier.\u00a0 These benefits do not carry over from year to year, so if you do not use all the benefits allowed to you in a given year, you lose the unused portion.<\/b><\/p>\n

We are sending this letter as a courtesy to our patients who have insurance.\u00a0 We encourage you to schedule any incomplete dental treatment or your periodic cleaning appointment before the end of the year to utilize your insurance benefits.<\/b><\/p>\n
